It's natural to want your team members to succeed and build a thriving business. However, it's essential to understand that not everyone has the same level of commitment and/ or desires as you do. Some may see it as a way to make a little extra income, some just love being a part of the community, while others may have a more significant vision for their future. That is what actually what makes network marketing such a unique industry. You are in business for yourself but not by yourself. You can do a little or a lot as your life affords.
It's crucial to understand that you can't want or wish people into building a business. They have to want it for themselves. Your role is to guide, encourage, get them plugged in to the community that will be their cheerleaders when they have successes and when they experience failures. If you push them away or they feel inadequate because they can't live up to your expectations you may just lose the relationship all together. Remember the 3 B's. Believe in Someone.
